[WXBH-Discuss] Resignation

I resign from the Brick House Board of Directors, effective  
immediately. Along with this resignation comes a cessation of my  
duties as Treasurer. However, I will be happy to work with whomever  
the board designates as my replacement in order to effect a quick and  
smooth transition. Bank procedures require the existing signer on an  
account be present with the replacement signer in order to validate a  
changeover.

Hopefully, the Brick House board will be able to either identify a  
financial angel willing to pony up a few thousand dollars that will  
provide immediate stability or quickly get the Brick House reinstated  
on the local government payroll, or both. You have my sincere best  
wishes for success in all of your endeavors. I harbor no grudges or  
ill will against anyone associated with the Brick House, and I do not  
view last night's board action as a personal affront. You took action  
you considered to be in the best interests of the organization and I  
respect that.
