The discussion regarding the Radio Committee's proposal has  
begun,finally. Thank you Kim Sorise, Anita Soloman, and Jamie Miller  
for your insightful comments regarding the Radio Committee's proposal  
and support thereof. For those who oppose the Committee's proposal,  
and there must be some out there, your silence, until now, has been  
deafening. Perhaps you will overcome your muteness and your  
objections will be freely voiced at tonight's special board meeting.

Despite our plea for an on-line voting format, the chairman, to date,  
has steadfastly refused to provide one. He has opted, instead, to  
call a special board meeting. The Radio Committee has absolutely no  
objection to a special meeting. However, none of us will be in  
attendance for reasons previously disclosed. Our stance, along with  
our votes, has been made perfectly clear by the submission of our  
proposal.

My vote is YES, I approve the Radio Committee's proposal.

To my other fellow board members, I await your pleasure with regard  
to the Radio Committee proposal; the ball is in your court.
