The request is for an ON-LINE vote on the proposal. The language of  
the proposal is clear and simple. Any needed discussion can occur ON- 
LINE. Let the discussion begin now.

The Radio Committee has no confidence in the chairman's meeting  
processes after last Thursday's dismal performance of chairing the  
monthly board of directors meeting.

Let the vote occur ON-LINE and be completed by Wednesday, July 18 at  
12:00 noon. A format to cast votes is necessary. A failure to provide  
an ON-LINE voting format will be considered a rejection of the proposal.
