[WXBH-Discuss] How to Submit Programming Content

Greetings again!

So, now comes the fun part-- could someone please outline, for the  
list,  the way you wish content to be delivered to the wizards behind  
the curtain?  Should the MP3 be downloadable from somewhere, uploaded  
somewhere specific and also all the particulars for desired length of  
time and other parameters?

PS can't wait for Democracy NOW! I have some personal friends that  
their music has been showcased on there and they frequent the  
Louisville-area and I'm sure, would have something profound to say on  
WXBH!
