Rick - I saw John Yarmuth yesterday and was talking with him about that 
issue as well as asking for his support for HR 2802 Local Community Radio 
Act of 2007 (http://www.freepress.net/lpfm/)

John said he thought he heard this past Friday (day before yesterday) that a 
deal had been worked out to leave the current structure in place until the 
end of the year to give more time for the parties to work out an agreementl.

Hope to see you at the meeting tonight Rick.  John Wilborn or John Hicks can 
provide a ride.
