John,

I think this schedule brings up an important issue.  How many times during
the day do we run a particular program?  I think that in most case, we
should have no more than two repeats for a particular show.  I really like
Democracy Now, but I propose that we run it twice a day.  I think 8:00 AM
and 5:00 PM.  I realize that the first time, it would be on the stream only
during the school year.
