Angie,

I think you are right about building this online community.  I believe in
flexibility, but we face several challenges.

1.  If we don't do something about the dead air, we could do the license.
Licenses are difficult to get.  Do we abandon that part of the project?

2.  We keep hearing about how royalty rates for music are going up.  I hope
that some kind of a settlement is reached or legislation passed.  However,
if it isn't, how do we deal with the issue?  Do we broadcast only talk shows
and live music?

3.  I believe that whatever venue we use, we need the ability to broadcast
live.  I believe that this must be done from several locations.  However,
this could be accomplished in several ways.  I believe we need to rent the
studio, but this could also be done by computers in several locales.  Do you
have any ideas on this?

I realize that I have posed more questions than provided answers.
