Angie,

You have a very good point.  I guess I am somewhat in between on this.  I
think the transmission is important for those who don't have the technology,
but unless one commutes only in the southern and eastern parts of Jefferson
County, that may not be the primary way of reaching people.

I believe that we should think of the LP transmision as one prong of a
community-wide project.
