[WXBH-Discuss] General Radio Meeting Sunday at 6 (Potluck at 7)

I hope you'll all be able to attend tonight's (Sunday's) radio meeting, 
at 6 p.m. at the Brick House.

Now that we are on the air, there is much to be done. If you want to get 
involved, now is the time to do it! Your own effort could make that 
critical difference between mediocre and excellent community radio.

Come tonight and:

--Get to know your fellow WXBHers and Brick Housers

--Hear a status report of where we are and discuss what our immediate 
priorities for the station should be

--Discuss our nascent programming schedule. When should we schedule our 
locally-produced talk and music programs? What additional programs 
should we be actively looking for or creating ourselves?

--Tour our future urban radio studio (and hear about the possibility of 
a second, suburban studio right in the heart of our coverage area!)

--See how our current programming control system was thrown together 
using nothing but open source software. (And hear how we plan to improve 
it.)

--Get all your questions answered

--Voice your ideas and suggestions

--Hang out and socialize afterward with some food and drink and good company

The meeting will be held at the Brick House, 1101 S. Second St. (at St. 
Catherine St.). That right off the St. Catherine St. exits of I-65.

(Dress lightly cause there's no AC.)

The Brick House is holding an open pot luck dinner at 7 p.m and you are 
invited to either bring a dish or mooch off the others. (We are assured 
that there will be plenty for those of us who are culinarily challenged.)
