K response:  Im thinking the FCC may have made an
oversight in allowing our broadcast areas to
overlap... im hoping that they wont give the spoils of
domain over to the one who has been broadcasting 1st



K: ... asking too much... i dont think so really as
long as the dialogue is backed up with action and real
physical accommodation of facility and function in
community support through involvement as a vital force
of engagement
 
J:  Wow. (I didn't understand that at all.)

K response:... well i think the fcc will agree that we
need an extension to our license or a moved antenna if
we can prove that we are a vital force in our
community which reflects continued involvement and
numbers when it comes to listeners/hits and/or
tracking demographics furthermore the value of
established roles for volunteers and various limited
partnerships with other interest groups would reveal
positive engagement through social function/value
defining community 

all this will further underscore the brycc mission as
facilitating sustainable resource
accommodations/productivity for the underserved folks
in our local region as real terms with regards to
raising the bar of accomplishment when it comes to
production, skills sharing and job readiness
accessibility in the long run of purpose and external
agency status which cultivates the weed and seed
philosopy currently subscribed to by city/state and
fed. economists tauting reform...

yikes... but i believe it possible given our resources
and connections
