[WXBH-Discuss] How to unsubscribe from a mailing list

To unsubscribe from a mailing list in four easy clicks:

1. Click on the *link at the bottom of any message to the list* that 
says: "Subscribe, change your subscription options, or unsubscribe at 
http://link..."

(This opens an "Info Page" for the list that has four headings:
-About the List
-Using the List
-Subscribing to the List
-List Subscribers
You are interested in that last heading, "List Subscribers".)

2. Look for the button marked "Unsubscribe or Edit Options", enter the 
email address (the one you are subscribed under) in the field next to 
the button, and click on the button.

(This takes you to a "Member Options" page.)

3. Click on the button marked "Unsubscribe".

(This triggers an email to the address you entered asking you to confirm 
your unsubscription.)

4. Check your email inbox for a message with a subject beginning 
"confirm ..." and reply to it (keeping the subject intact).

(In a few seconds you should receive a second email with the subject 
"You have been unsubscribed...")

If you have problems, feel free to write me personally explaining what 
you tried and what happened as a result. It's best not to post 
unsubscribe requests to the list itself.
