[WXBH-Discuss] Weekend at Streetball Showdown

hey.// you rock loyd...
   
  lets just say that saturday and sunday the 1-3 or 4 shift will help us out to the Nth degree of coverage... anything beyond that is just sheer coolness points in everybody's book... so far the inventory for set up runs like this:
   
  sellable items:  old and new cd's(c); t-shirts(c); collectables(m&k); used books(k); raffle tickets(k)
   
  raffle items... kids bikes(m) and old cds(c)
   
  booth essentials: frozen bottles of water for staff(c); sun screen(k); tent; chairs(k)
signage, flyers, sign up lists, collateral flyers for programming
   
  initials in parenthesis indicate that a person is on task to supply these items already
  please chime in if you can think of other things we need or can sell
