[WXBH-Discuss] Brycc Weekend at Streetball Showdown

Hey... one very important thing that came up at the meeting was our distro table at the street ball fest on Saturday and Sunday... We need someone to work set up with me which can be Friday night for tent and tables but then cover from noon until 2 or 3pm on Saturday... i can be there for the morning but will need to return to Brycc @ 1pm for my open studio time... Furthermore only Christina and I have signed up to work Sunday and We will need more people (at least 2 or 3 to join us) from noon to 7
   
  I feel like i need to post this to about 3 different lists but am not sure how that goes so I will try the announce and the brycc staff list and see if they are viable... please post to other lists if youre a part of any that i have missed... thanks  k
   
  PS... we have approval to raffle bikes at this event and i would be glad to brief anyone on the details as a part of day of event fundraising/promotions
