   I had sent these notes to Aron last week; since he's having computer
   problems, I'm forwarding to the group; see you guys tomorrow evening - Mark

   6/13/06 WXBH mtg: attending - Jennifer, John Hicks, Lloyd, Kristen, Robert
   Peck, Corey, Mark, Aron, and Christina.

   Jennifer chaired the mtg -

   John Hicks reported on Saturday's Brick House Board of Directors mtg;

   In John Wilborn's absence, Mark reported info learned from John - $2,702
   (minus mortgage payment) in radio's checking, $1007 in savings.

   Fundraising - Christina arrived later in the mtg and recommended
   participation at upcoming events; the group decided to start with the
   Streetball Showdown and agreed to pay $50 of the booth rental; participation
   is contingent upon other collectives ponying up the other $50 for the 2 day
   event (June 24, 25)

   Outreach Committee did not meet; Aron brought a revised brochure for review;

   Technical Committee report - John Hicks reported on the antenna location
   activities: he's been in contact with the Flashcube bldg mgr and will
   arrange a mtg/visit with the bldg mgr, Virgil Baldin, and himself to get the
   antenna location nailed down. Kristen reported that she will contact Jerry
   Brockman at Republic Bank; Mark had initiated contact with U of L regarding
   antenna location at the Shelby Campus.

   Programming report - Corey is moving on the streaming front: could be
   streaming early next month; the group discussed Pacifica affiiliation and
   decided to pay the $275 annual stipend to Pacifica - Mark will contact
   Pacifica; Mark reported that Bob Reis has agreed to provide training for
   folks at his home studio; Aron report that Kim Sereace has offered to
   provide training

   Jennifer proposed that next week's meeting be folks meeting with their
   committee.

   Aron raised serious concerns regarding Radio footing the bill for June's
   mortgage payment and much discussion ensued. By consensus minus one the
   group decided that: 1. no expenses should be paid from Radio's account
   without being appoved by the group; 2 signatures should be required for
   checks. We'll ask John Wilborn to review the process about the mortgage
   payment.

   Submitted - Mark
