As requested, here is some pricing information so we can ballpark what we'll
be doing.

Prebuilt Server:  Dell PowerEdge SC430 $696

    Hosting.com: $200+/mo

Streaming Server Prices (50 user @ 64kbps)
    Viastreaming.com: $42.00/mo
    Wavestreaming.com: $55.00/mo
    ServerRoom.us: $37.50/mo

It may be entirely possible for us to work out a deal with one of these
streaming services to have them as underwriters for certain shows or whatnot
in return for streaming services.  We'll just need to prepare some letters
to different companies and see what kind of response we get back.  If we do
get some sort of streaming service instead of having our own server we'll be
able to keep our costs down quite a bit.

I'm not quite sure that everyone understands how streaming and everything
works.  Next meeting I will sit everyone down and explain the whole thing in
detail and answer any questions anyone may have.
