   WXBH comrades - this resolution was approved by the Executive Committee of
   the  Brick House Board of Directors;  it will be presented at tomorrow
   night's meeting for consideration by the WXBH project committee - please

   Resolution - WXBH Finance Manager

   1.  Whereas the Brick House Community Center's operating bank account is
   empty.  There is no Brick House savings bank account.  Other than the radio
   project's  checking  and savings accounts, there is currently no other
   meaningful  source  of funds to pay the Brick House Community Center's
   financial obligations (monthly mortgage, phone, insurance, alarm, electric);

   2.    Whereas the newly installed Brick House Board of Directors fully
   supports   the  radio  project,  and  is  keenly  aware  of  the bleak
   financial outlook of the Brick House Community Center as operated with its
   current financial obligations and revenue stream. The Board's Executive
   Committee  will  present  at  its July 13 meeting a proposal for Board
   Committees l to perform assessments, develop work plans, and after Board
   approval, execute as soon as possible necessary changes;


   3.  Whereas there is no WXBH without the Brick House;

   4.  Wheras John Wilborn, CPA is the Treasurer of the Brick House Board of
   Directors, active radio project member and responsible for facilitating the
   recent substantial financial donation to the WXBH account;


   5. Whereas there is no one  currently designated as WXBH finance manager;

   Be it resolved that:

   1. John Wilborn be designated as WXBH finance manager, and report monthly to
   the WXBH project team the status of the radio project bank account; and

   2. John Wilborn be authorized until the end of 2006 to pay as needed from
   the  WXBH  bank account  the recurring Brick  House  Community  Center
   bills referenced above.
