Hello all. I'm inclined to agree with Corey on "egalitarian," especially because not everyone knows what that means. Maybe the mission statement can come last, after you tell people they'll get to do something, get free training, etc. 

Similarly, FCC is also not necessarily common knowlege. Maybe you can just say something 'laws' or 'regulations,' etc.

Also, instead of WXBH requesting... How about something more along the lines of "what do you want to say?" or "let your voice be heard" or "we want to hear from you!" or "dying to get something off your chest" .... something like that. Something that says "you, you, you!" 

Also, can  you make the "YOU" on the mic bigger?

I wish I had time to be more specific, but I'm at work. I moved last week and don't yet have i-access at home. See you all soon.
