im pretty sure brent has been following up on that since you asked him to... yes staffing is an issue and we did a training for 2 new volunteers saturday but its really looking like consistent communications from all members to the community is the biggest stumble here
   
  staffing comes from coordination of staff and regular communications... it would be great to actually have board members take an active interest in the project as john hicks seems to so that other people interested in committing to staffing might feel like there was direction from the 'managing community'... as it is a lack of a plan is a plan to fail... 
   
  thanks for the comment aron... i was just thinking that this morning as i head down to check on the condition of our pipes/water... i wonder if the board meeting should be at the site or not next week but more so i wonder if notes will be posted for pre-read corrections and preparation of the upcoming agenda... i am certain that no one can get involved if there are no public announcement processes alerting folk as to when and where they can engage
   
  we have 2 people who want to join the board and have wanted to since last summer...
