[WXBH-Discuss] Meeting tonight - 7 p.m. at the BH

We need to have a short and sweet radio meeting tonight (7 p.m. at the 
BH) to deal with several matters:

-- G.R.C. - Mark and I spent the weekend at the Grassroots Radio 
Conference in Madison Wisconsin. We picked up on a couple of important 
points that affect us immediately and we would like to share that with you.

-- EXPENDITURES - We need to authorize spending radio funds on 
antenna-related expenses, streaming related expenses, and possibly some 
studio equipment.

-- ANTENNA LOCATION - We need to take a fresh look at antenna location 
before we lock ourselves into a contract with little Flashcube building. 
I'll try to have a map with a circle on it to show where we can place it.

-- MEETING SCHEDULE, ETC. - There is a growing consensus that we need to 
scale back our general meetings to something less than weekly and 
concentrate on spending our time actually getting some tasks 
accomplished. Let's talk (briefly) about how we do that: meeting 
schedule, committees, and how we can best use the net to work together 
efficiently.

Please reply with any thoughts on these matters or others that we need 
to talk about.
